1. Who I am
This website is owned and operated by The CyberFly (“The CyberFly,” “I,” “me” or “my”), which is responsible for the personal information collected through it.
This Privacy Policy explains what I collect, why, and your choices. It applies to this website only — not to websites I’ve built for clients, or to other websites I link to.
2. Information I collect
Information you give me
When you use a contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message. Please don’t include sensitive information — such as health, financial or legal details — in your message.
Information sent with your form
When you submit a form, some technical details are recorded with it: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you sent it from, and the date and time.
When you browse the website
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Like any website, it’s delivered from a web server that may keep standard logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Your cookie choices are stored as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. How I use your information
I use your information to:
• Reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• Prepare proposals and, if we work together, provide my services and keep in touch about your project.
• Keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• Protect the website and its forms from spam, abuse and security threats.
I won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your permission, and I don’t use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. How your information is shared
I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t share it for targeted advertising. I share it only with service providers that help me run this website and my business, and only so they can provide those services:
• Website hosting — stores the website and the form submissions it receives.
• Elementor — powers the website’s forms, delivers form messages to my inbox, and provides the cookie consent tool.
• My email provider — receives and stores the messages you send me.
• Google Fonts and Font Awesome — deliver the website’s fonts and icons, and receive your IP address and browser details when they do.
• WordPress.org — may deliver emoji images if your browser can’t display them itself.
I may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect my rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of my business.
5. Cookies
This website uses a single cookie for visitors, which remembers your cookie choices. The Cookie Policy lists it in full and explains how to change your preferences.

I keep form submissions and related emails for as long as I need them to respond to you. If we work together, I keep them for the length of the project and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting requirements call for.
When I no longer need your information, I delete it. Your cookie choices are kept in your browser for up to 180 days.
7. How I protect information
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including keeping the website’s software up to date and limiting who can access submissions. No website or method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so I can’t guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask me to:
• Tell you what personal information I have about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct information that’s inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information, unless I need to keep it for legal reasons.
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Depending on where you live — for example, California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, contact me through the contact page. I may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and I’ll respond within the time required by applicable law. I won’t treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
Do Not Track: this website doesn’t track visitors over time or across other websites, so it doesn’t change how it works in response to Do Not Track signals.
9. Children’s privacy
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, please contact me and I’ll delete it.
10. International visitors
The CyberFly is based in the United States, and some of my service providers may process information in other countries. If you contact me from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and elsewhere, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
If you’re in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, I process your information to take steps at your request before we enter into a contract, for my legitimate interests in running my business and keeping this website secure, and to comply with legal obligations.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if I start using a new service. When I do, I’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and I’ll make significant changes clear on the website.
